Our Founder’s Story.
From Burnout to Breathing Again: How I Found My Way Back

I grew up in Tasmania in a single-parent home. Life was tough. My dad lived with type 1 diabetes - ambulances were at our house almost every week. When I was eleven, my parents divorced. Later, Mum remarried, but that relationship turned violent and ended too.

What kept me going was my spiritual need. It gave me hope that life could be more than hardship. Music, soccer, and running became my outlets. They helped me breathe when life felt heavy.

Later, in the workforce, I faced emotional and mental abuse. I smiled on the outside but felt empty inside. One day I looked in the mirror and thought, if I keep giving like this, there'll be nothing left of me. That was my turning point.

I began the deep work - healing, reflection, journaling, rebuilding my identity. My spiritual need anchored me. Slowly, I rebuilt my energy, self-belief, and direction.
